Your rendezvous with the Atlantic and the south of Brittany is on the Côte d'Amour, in the heart of one of Europe's most captivating bays — in the Ville Fleurie**** of Pornichet, between the fashionable seaside resort of La Baule and the awesome Loire estuary.

In this beautiful countryside you stay in a Provençal style building designed by an architect on a surface of 770 m² in Sainte-Marguerite, a pleasant and family friendly residential area. This nice contemporary property comprises a Villa**** of 220 m² — a detached house facing south —, offering to six people a living surface of 150 m², a terrasse and a salt water swimming pool with enclosure, both being part of a surrounded private garden measuring 580 m².

The villa offers a master suite — facing the garden — and its walk-in closet, a large bathroom with tub, lavatory, and a spacious rain shower «à l'italienne», an additional bedroom in the bay window, the well furnished kitchen with its scullery, and a separate restroom with sink.

Upstairs waits a third bedroom — overlooking the garden —, its private bathroom (with shower, lavabo, WC), and even an office corner.

The property includes a large double garage — with enough space for bikes e.a. —, and additionally a big private car park for a mobil home, a sulky or other; both closed by electric gates.

In 15 minutes by foot or 5 minutes with the bike you reach the Boulevard de l'Océan and the beach of Sainte-Marguerite; alike you find the post office, a bar, and other local shops — and more destinations are as well not far away …
